Early engagement with the facility users and the quality team is key to successful validation. To aid that process a detailed validation programme will be produced at the outset to manage interfaces and dependencies and provide full visibility to all members of the team.
We carry out a range of validation services to suit the project needs, from VMP and Criticality Assessments to Protocol production, through to OQ execution on site, establishing pressure cascades and carrying out DOP tests, particle counts, clean up rates, smoke visualisation and microbiological testing.
